R-tech SWEL is a aqua based direct application sewing thread lubricant 

• R-TECH SWEL is a specially developed lubricant for application on filament, nylon, rayon ect.. Sewing threads. It imparts excellent lubricity to the surface of the substrate thereby decreasing the coefficient of friction and static energy buildup. It is applied by lick roll process and can be used directly and economically.

  Aplication

  • Filament, Rayon, Nylon
    Excellent lubricant for finishing sewing threads made of synthetic fibers like Spun PES, PES and PA filaments as well as PES/PES and PES/CO core-spun yarns using the exhaustion method
    The sewing thread is passed through the trough containing the R-TECH SWEL directly (applied by lick roll process) there by the thread if uniformly coated on the exterior. A pick up of 4% is recommended.
