R-TECH DSWE

R-TECH DSWE is a silicon [dimethylpolysiloxane] wax and other special additives based dispersion used for application on sewing threads. It imparts excellent lubricity to the surface of the substrate thereby decreasing the coefficient of friction. It is applied by lick roll process and can be used after diluting with water.

ADVANTAGES

• R-TECH DSWE is an important variable in the loop formation during stitching. Ideally R-TECH DSWE will give the thread a consistent dynamic tension as it passes through the sewing machine’s thread guides and tension devices and also allow the thread to form a balanced stitch with minimum thread tension. R-TECH DSWE gives good ply security or ply adhesion. R-TECH DSWE can be used on polyester and cotton threads. It decreases the thermal co-efficient, thereby increasing the efficiency of high speed sewing line. It can be used on dyed threads and also yields luster to the thread surface.

  APLICATION

  For Spun polyester yarns
  The sewing thread is passed through the trough containing the R-TECH DSWE solution (applied by lick roll process) there by the thread if uniformly coated on the exterior with a thin film of R-TECH DSWE. A pick up of 4% is recommended. The product is formulated for fast drying
